Timothy Paul Hulla, Sr. focuses his practice at OnderLaw on catastrophic injury litigation, handling major injury cases and preparing them for trial by jury. His practice also includes medical malpractice, product liability, wrongful death, toxic torts, and property damage.

Timothy has devoted most of his legal career to personal injury litigation. He draws on his undergraduate biology education to inform his work in cases involving serious injuries. His experience also includes nearly six years as an assistant prosecuting attorney in St. Louis, where he personally tried 40 cases to jury verdict, including five murder cases. That work provided invaluable experience presenting cases to juries, which he now applies to his trial preparation at OnderLaw.

Timothy’s interest in law began with a desire to understand how it could help prevent and resolve disputes. He earned his B.A. in Biology from St. Louis University in 1985 before attending Southern Illinois University-Carbondale Simmons School of Law. There, he selected electives focused on litigation and earned his J.D. in 1989. Preparing major injury cases for trial remains central to his work.

Outside his legal practice, Timothy participates in the Missouri Wing of the Commemorative Air Force, supporting the preservation and operation of World War II aircraft to help educate the public about the sacrifices of those who served. He is also involved with the St. Louis Astronomical Society, assisting at public “star parties” and explaining what visitors can see through the available telescopes.
