Kaitlin A. Carpenter Consumer Protection & Class Action Attorney
Kaitlin Carpenter’s journey at OnderLaw began in 2017—not as an attorney, but as an Intake Specialist and Legal Assistant. She learned the firm’s work from the ground up, supporting both the Class Action litigation team and the Mass Torts/Personal Injury team while pursuing her law degree. That hands-on experience gave her a deep understanding of what clients face and how OnderLaw fights for them. Now, as an attorney, Kaitlin brings that perspective—along with her academic achievements and judicial externship experience—to her work protecting consumers and holding corporations accountable.

Kaitlin’s Practice Areas
Kaitlin focuses on consumer protection and class action litigation—holding corporations accountable when they deceive, defraud, or harm consumers. Her years supporting OnderLaw’s Class Action team before becoming an attorney give her unique insight into how these complex cases are built and won.
Consumer Protection
When corporations deceive consumers through false advertising, hidden fees, defective products, or unfair business practices, they must be held accountable. Kaitlin fights to protect consumer rights and ensure that companies face consequences for their misconduct.
Class action lawsuits allow groups of people harmed by the same corporate misconduct to seek justice together. Kaitlin has been involved in class action work at OnderLaw since 2017—first as a legal assistant and now as an attorney litigating these complex cases. Kaitlin supported OnderLaw’s Mass Torts team before becoming an attorney, gaining valuable experience in how these large-scale cases are investigated, organized, and litigated against pharmaceutical companies and product manufacturers.
Survivors of childhood sexual abuse often carry trauma for decades before seeking justice. Michael provides a safe, confidential space for survivors to come forward, and fights to hold abusers and enablers accountable regardless of when the abuse occurred.
Kaitlin earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from SLU, laying the groundwork for her legal career.

He attended the National Advocacy Center’s advanced trial training programs.
