After a few years at a Clayton law firm expanding his concentration to include business, consumer, commercial, and fiduciary litigation, Matt founded a law firm with two partners in downtown St. Louis and continued his civil trial practice in those areas for over a decade before joining OnderLaw. Among other notable cases, between 2008 and 2016, Matt was the lead lawyer in more than half a dozen insurance bad faith cases in Missouri, all resulting in confidential settlements.
Matt was nominated to Missouri Super Lawyers in 2016, 2017, and 2018 and continues to be recognized by his peers as an accomplished and skilled trial attorney. He has appeared in Missouri Lawyers’ Weekly Verdicts & Settlements numerous times for winning results obtained by verdict and settlement.
