ST. LOUIS, MO – Officials west of downtown St. Louis were forced to shut down lanes along I-64 following a crash during Thursday evening’s rush-hour traffic.
According to the official Twitter page of the Missouri Department of Transportation, the incident occurred within the westbound lanes of I-64 near Spoede Road at about 5:15 p.m.

No injuries have been reported immediately following the crash. However, the collision caused significant delays for commuters in west St. Louis throughout Thursday night.
