A driver was seriously hurt in an accident in Fredericktown Friday afternoon.
At around 1:00 p.m., 38-year-old Brian K. Reynolds was driving a 1994 Chevrolet Silverado west on Highway 72 when he crashed approximately three miles west of the city center. The pickup truck swerved off the road and crashed into a tree and embankment. Reynolds sustained serious injuries and was transported to Mercy South for treatment. The incident is still under investigation.
