ST. LOUIS, MO – A driver was killed yesterday after a vehicle crossed lanes and caused two other vehicles to collide, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reports.
The accident happened on Wednesday at 7:37 p.m. on Lewis and Clark Boulevard just north of Chambers Road.
The Highway Patrol reports that a 2015 Hyundai Sonata crossed into the northbound lanes and hit a second 2015 Hyundai Sonata. The collision sent the second vehicle skidding into a 2020 Toyota Corolla.
EMS officials said the driver of the second Sonata died at the scene.
Both the driver of the first vehicle and their passenger were transported to Barnes-Jewish Hospital.
