Two hospitalized after woman fails to yield to oncoming traffic

ST. CHARLES, MO – Three women were injured in collision after a vehicle failed to yield to traffic Monday morning on Highway 79 at North Main Street, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Jada Waters, 19, failed to yield to oncoming traffic while making a left turn, crashing her 2002 Infiniti G20 into the right side of 47-year-old Ann Brady’s 2016 Ford Focus.

Police arrived on the scene at 11:59 a.m.

Waters and Brady both received minor injuries. Waters’ passenger Kayla Williams, 18, suffered moderate injuries. Williams and Waters were taken to SSM Health at St. Joseph Hospital – St. Charles. Brady was treated at the scene.
