Sedalia – Injuries In Multi-Vehicle Accident

Three vehicles collided at an intersection in Sedalia Thursday afternoon.

At around 1:52 p.m., a 2016 Dodge Caravan collided with a 2017 Kia Niro and a 2019 Chevy Colorado at the junction of US-65 and Rebar Road/Radio Hill Drive. 70-year-old Leonard H. Schupp was driving the Chevy pickup and was not hurt, while 64-year-old Billie J. Parman, driver of the Dodge minivan, incurred minor injuries but refused treatment. 70-year-old Cynthia R. Waller was driving the Kia and sustained serious injuries. She has since been taken to the University of Missouri Hospital for treatment. According to authorities, all injured parties were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the collision. The cause of the incident is now under investigation.
