ST. LOUIS, MO – Police responding to a crash on I-70 around 1 a.m. this morning found that a man involved in the crash had been shot, reports KMOV4.
The crash took place in the westbound lanes of I-70 near Grand Ave around 12:45 a.m. The details of the incident are not clear, however, police believe the shooting may have occurred elsewhere.
The injured man was transported to a local hospital in stable but critical condition.
