ST. PETERS, MO – Two people have serious injuries after a head-on collision Thursday, KMOV reports.
Officials say the accident occurred just north of I-70 at Spencer Road and Spencer Road Loop North around 4:30 p.m. Two trucks hit each other head-on, police say. Their drivers were taken to the hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
Crews were able to clear the road by 6 p.m.
The details of the accident are not yet reported. This is an ongoing investigation.
