UNION, MO (FRANKLIN COUNTY) – A man was airlifted to the hospital with serious wounds after an ATV rolled over in Franklin County Sunday afternoon, reports the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The crash happened at 1055 Brush Creek Road in Union at 4:45 p.m. when a 2015 Polaris Ranger ATV, driven by 62-year-old Gregory K. Heuermann, of Union, failed to round a turn and rolled over an unspecified number of times.
Heuermann was airlifted to Barnes Jewish Hospital for the treatment of serious injuries.
No other injuries were reported in the accident.
