ST. LOUIS, MO – A 25-year-old motorcyclist was injured early Sunday morning in a single-vehicle collision on the Interstate 255 ramp, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The accident happened on the westbound I-255 ramp leading to southbound Interstate 55 around 2 a.m. when a 2019 Kawasaki ZX6R ran off the left side of the ramp and turned over.
The victim, 25-year-old Joshua J. Hirbe, of Fenton, was taken to Mercy South for the treatment of moderate injuries. He was reportedly wearing a helmet when the accident occurred.
No other people were involved in the collision.
