ST. LOUIS, MO – Emergency vehicles have responded to a crash on I-44 eastbound past Elm Ave, MoDOT’s official Twitter account reported today at 10:38 a.m. The right lane of traffic was closed in response.

Officials expect all vehicles to be cleared by 10:50 a.m.
