ST. LOUIS, MO – According to MoDOT STL, emergency crews were dispatched to the scene of a wreck at northbound I-270 and I-44 Tuesday.

It is unclear when the traffic accident happened, but crews had the roadways cleared of debris by 9:14 a.m.
