ST. LOUIS, MO – The Missouri Department of Transportation has tweeted a report of a car crash in the eastbound lanes of I-44 before Kingshighway Blvd. The report was made today at 11:39 a.m.

The two right lanes of the highway are currently closed.
The accident is expected to be cleared by 12:33 this afternoon.
