FESTUS, MO – A 23-year-old Robertsville woman sustained moderate injuries in a single-vehicle crash on Highway TT on Monday night.
Kaylen K. Austin was traveling southbound on Highway TT in a 2001 Chevrolet Cavalier when she lost control of the vehicle due to slick roads, police report. The Chevrolet crossed over onto the northbound lanes, traveled off the left side of the road, and hit a tree around 10:50 p.m.
Austin was transported to Mercy Hospital South. He was not wearing a seat belt.
The Chevrolet was totaled.
