FENTON, MO (JEFFERSON COUNTY) – A 27-year-old man died in Jefferson County last night after being ejected from a motorcycle during a crash.
The crash happened near the intersection of Fiedler Lane and Highway 141 at about 10:30 p.m., according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
St. Louis man Alex T. Maloy, 27, was driving a 2008 Yamaha YZFR6 northbound on Highway 141 when he lost control of the motorcycle and drove off the left side of the roadway.
He was ejected from the motorcycle during the collision and taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 11:10 p.m.
Maloy was reportedly wearing a helmet when the crash occurred.
No others were injured in the accident.
