Debris of head-on collision damages third vehicle

ST. CHARLES COUNTY, MO – According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a two-vehicle crash on northbound US 61 injured two women and sent debris flying across lanes and into a third vehicle. The crash happened at 1:01 p.m. Thursday at McHugh Road.

The driver of a 2011 Ford Mustang rear-ended a 2006 Honda Pilot after failing to yield the right of way. A wheel from the Ford flew off and hit a 2014 Nissan Altima. 

The drivers of the Ford and Honda were transported to SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital St. Louis for injuries.
