A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in Kansas City late Monday evening.
At around 11:00 p.m., a person walking on Blue Ridge Boulevard was struck by a passing vehicle. The still-unidentified pedestrian sustained serious injuries and was quickly tended to by responding EMS personnel. No word yet on hospitalization, hit-and-run, and other details. Local officials are investigating the case and will release updates when appropriate.
