2 injured following rollover crash on Hwy 21 north of Grassy Ln

DE SOTO, MO – According to MSHP, two people were injured in a single-vehicle rollover crash on Hwy 21 north of Grassy Ln Friday.

Steven L McCarter, 60, was driving a Ford F-150 south on Hwy 21 when he drove off-road and overturned his vehicle. The crash ejected McCarter and his passenger, Cheri R Sturdivant, 42, from the F-150.

First responders were called to the crash around 10:34 a.m. They flew McCarter to Mercy Hospital. Sturdivant was taken by ambulance to the same hospital.

Neither occupant was wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash.
