3 injured when semi runs off US 63, collides with trees

BRANDSVILLE, MO – Three people were injured this morning when their semi truck ran off the US 63 roadway and collided with a copse of trees, according to a report filed by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Landen Greene, 21, lost control of his southbound 2022 Freightliner near CR 9690, causing the vehicle to run off the right side of the roadway, strike several trees, and finally overturn onto its side.

Greene and two female passengers, ages 18 and 21, were transported by ambulance to Ozarks Healthcare, West Plains with injuries ranging from minor to moderate.

The truck was totaled in the collision.
