WAYNESVILLE, MISSOURI (PULASKI COUNTY) – A 17-year-old boy was injured Thursday afternoon in a single-vehicle car accident in Pulaski County, according to a crash report published by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The accident happened just before 4 p.m. on Superior Road, about a mile east of Interstate 44, when a 2001 Ford Expedition, driven by 19-year-old Edward R. Huling, of St. Robert, traveled off the left side of the roadway and then crashed into a tree.
A passenger, 17-year-old Kamilo D. Leader, also of St. Robert, was mildly injured in the accident and was taken to the hospital in Lebanon for treatment. He and Huling were both wearing a seatbelt when the accident happened.
Huling is not reported as injured.
The Ford was totaled in the crash, according to the report.
